Year 5

Class Teacher

Mrs Drewery

We love to learn and look out for our friends.

We are enthusiastic, inquisitive and are always looking for ways to improve and extend our learning.

Our topic is "'Sow, Grow, Farm"

We are currently learning about plants, animals and farming in our topic 'Sow, Grow, Farm'. We will find out about the features and characteristics of land use in agricultural regions across the world, including a detailed exploration of significant environmental areas.

We have our trip to Wisley on Friday 13th March.

We would be grateful for volunteers (with DBS) to help with cooking some seasonal foods.

PE:

Each week we have 2 PE lessons and these will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please make sure your child wears their PE kit to school on these days. PE lessons will be outdoors on Tuesday so you may wish to consider your child having a tracksuit for the day. Please make sure all earrings are removed. We also take part in the Daily Mile on non PE days so please ensure school shoes are sturdy to be run in.
