A celebration of your child’s birthday in school!
A special book that you choose from our Amazon wish list, or from an independent bookseller, which will have your child’s name in the front bookplate, and will be presented in assembly and then shared with the class.
How to buy a Birthday Book
To select and buy your book please follow these instructions:

- Sign in to your personal Amazon account
- Our Birthday Book Wish List will be displayed– The suggested year group is next to each book.
- Select the book of your, or your child’s, choice and add to basket
- Go to basket and click ‘This order contains a gift’
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter the school as the delivery address:

- Complete the gift message as follows:
Your child’s name (Zara Chapman)
Your child’s class (Year 4)

These items do not have to be bought through Amazon, but it is a quick and easy way to donate something. Buying the same items elsewhere and bringing in to the school office is just as gratefully received!

St Lawrence is registered with Easyfundraising, which means you can raise FREE donations for us every time you shop online. Over 7,000 brands will donate to us when you use Easyfundraising to shop with them – at no extra cost to yourself! These donations really mount up and make a BIG difference to us, so we’d really appreciate it if you could take a moment to sign up and support us. It’s completely FREE and only takes a moment.

In previous years we have raised over £500 just by our school community doing this, which all contributes to extra opportunities and resources for the children. Sadly, last year, we only raised just over £100 which is a huge difference. Should you need any help getting this set up then please do call the school office and arrange to come in for some help.

🎉 Join the Chobham Morris Dancers – Help Raise Funds for Our School! 🕺💃
Calling all parents, pupils, and friends of the school! Could you spare a little time to help us keep the tradition alive and support our school?
The Chobham Morris Dancing side, founded by a former headteacher, is a joyful mix of current and former parents and children. We perform at local events and every penny we earn goes straight into school funds — we've raised over £40,000 since 1985!
💃 The steps are simple (we promise!) 🐴 You might even get a turn in the legendary hobby horse 🎶 It’s a brilliant way to meet other families and have a laugh 📅 No pressure — just a couple of events a year and flexible practice sessions
We already have bookings lined up for next year, but we’re short on dancers. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or a total beginner, we’d love to have you!
