Chobham and West End SureStart Children's Centre
The office is based on the site of St. Lawrence C of E Primary School in Chobham. Information is available on a wide range of services for families with children between 0 - 5 years old. In particular we can offer advice and help with the following:
- Ideas and activities for children
- Toddler groups
- Getting back to work
- Financial advice
- Children with special needs
We are open to every family in the community of Chobham and West End, and would like to hear your views on how our services can best be developed over the forthcoming months.
Please feel free to drop in for a coffee and a chat, whilst looking at the different information and leaflets that we have. In addition there are lots of books and toys to interest small children!
