We pride ourselves on our positive attitudes to learning, perseverance and teamwork. The children are developing these skills all the time and we ask parents to please encourage the same attitude when completing homework activities at home.

Here you will find all the latest information about our learning and achievements as well as being able to see photographs of the children and their work.

Our Topic is 'Childhood'

This project teaches children about everyday life and families today, including comparisons with childhood in the 1950s, using artefacts and a range of different sources.

Long Term Plans:

Half Term Plan:

Please hear your child read every night and sign in their reading records. Reading plays such an important role in your child’s learning and is needed in every aspect of their learning. Please note that children will receive two new reading books weekly.  To make the reading experience really valuable, please ask questions about the text and re-read it too. We also encourage looking at books in the library or at home.
Spelling and Maths homework
Homework is sent out on a Monday. Please  photograph the sheet and add it to Class Dojo so I can mark it.

Each week we have 2 PE lessons and these will take place on a Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your child wears their PE kit to school on these days. We will go out in all but the worst weather so warm clothes are needed.
